SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

RevIVe Hydration and Wellness ships all products via certified mail.

All sales are final, however, if your product arrives damaged or with a broken seal, please contact the clinic immediately with proof of damage and delivery date. The clinic will provide send new products to the client.

The client must return the damaged or unsealed products to RevIVe Hydration and Wellness before the new products will be shipped, or immediately upon return with proof of shipment/ a tracking number.

RevIVe will credit shipping costs to your customer account that you may incur with proof of your shipping purchase.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

RevIVe Hydration and Wellness understands that not all products may be ideal for all patients. You are welcome to ask to try products in the clinic, if they are available.

Due to the nature of the business all sales on products are final. Products that are damaged or the seal is broken may be exchanged with proof of damage on the date of purchase.

RevIVe Hydration and Wellness inspects all products upon delivery to the clinic to guarantee client satisfaction.
