With RevIVe, I aim to bridge this gap by helping individuals attain their ideal self-image while delivering the highest quality of person-centered care."

Hi, my name is Mike. I am an Army veteran that got out when my daughter was born in 1994.
A Kansas native, I came to Colorado Springs in 2002 in search of an adventure. From car sales to owning my own real estate business, I never quite felt like I had found my calling.
I decided to go back to college and graduated Wichita State University with my BSN, then pursued my Nurse Practitioner's license. I have worked in emergency rooms, as a primary care provider, and in corrections facilities for the last few years. I learned that health care is not what it once was and has lacked person centered care, resulting in me opening RevIVe.
It is a dream come true to be able to bring back what healthcare should be. I focus on family and helping people each day to try to make a difference, as well as making a difference for veterans. Veterans deserve to have access to healthcare without the time consuming issues that are causing them to go months and years without healthcare.
I love to spend time with my wife, Christine, and my two kids, Ashlynn and Caden. I have two grandchildren, Adleigh and Trey, that have motivated me to continue to work to make the world a better place for them to live in.
I appreciate each and every one of you that help to keep this dream alive. I look forward to seeing you soon!
Ashlynn started working in healthcare at the age of 15 in Wichita, Kansas. She has always had a passion for helping others, especially the elderly population. Ashlynn continued her journey in assisted living facilities, working every position possible until she graduated with her MHA. Once she graduated, she started working as an Assisted Living Administrator in Colorado Springs.
She decided to exit the assisted living field and has joined the Re-Vive team as the Clinic Administrator.
Ashlynn has a son and a daughter that she spends most of her time with. She also enjoys spending time with her four dogs and being outdoors when the weather is nice.

Alanna earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) in 2019, from the University of Alabama, where she proudly commissioned into the U.S. Army Nurse Corps- Roll Tide!
In 2024, Alanna completed her Master's in Nursing and Healthcare Leadership at Duke University. With five years of service in the Army, she is currently stationed at Ft. Carson, Colorado.
Alanna has a six-year-old American Bully named Blusie, who has travelled with her everywhere that she has been stationed. When she is not working, you can find Alanna in the mountains snowboarding!
Her journey with Re-vIVe began as a patient, where she was instantly inspired by the "incredible team and welcoming atmosphere."

Meet Doni!
Donielle is a USAF veteran and has been a nurse for over ten years. Helping people feel good about themselves is a passion of hers and what better way to do that than to jump on the team here at Re-vIVe!

Morgan is currently in college studying Criminology. She enjoys cheerleading and being a part of her stunt team.
In her free time, you can find her outdoors and spending time with her loved ones.
You can find Morgan at Re-vIVe during her school breaks.
Morgan is a senior nursing student at UCCS. She will be graduating in May with her BSN. She has always had a passion for nursing, starting her journey in healthcare by working with kids with autism.
Morgan loves spending time outdoors, so you can usually find her hiking or rock climbing. She also loves to read and bake.

Kennedy has been an LPN for four years and decided to join our team after coming in and meeting with the owner. Mike showed her the qualities that she sees are missing in healthcare and she decided she wanted to join Re-vIVe!
Kennedy has a passion for helping others and loves spending time with her husband and daughter outdoors.
She is currently working toward her BSN.

I love waking up in the morning and actually feeling positive when I look in the mirror! I don’t like to wear makeup and I finally don’t have to because my skin is so much smoother! My acne scars are virtually gone and have soft skin thanks to the 3 rounds of micro needling and daily use of the cleanser, moisturizer, retinol serum, and nightly use of the pure snail.
